Crush the Match was developed to offer a unique program which let’s graduates looking to match experience full-time U.S. clinical and USMLE training. This intensive approach enhances exam performance and showcases those who complete the program as top residency candidates.
On-site training at medical clinics under dedicated physicians. Students are in the clinic from Monday to Friday with optional night and weekend on-call shifts. Optional night and weekend on-call shifts available.
Comprehensive USMLE prep by MDs committed to your success. Participants that only wish to take the USMLE courses can attend in-person or online via live stream. This track will prepare you for both USMLE Step 2 and USMLE Step 3.
Hands-on clinical training AND expert USMLE prep. Student doctors split their time between our clinics and classrooms. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in clinic and Thursday and Friday in class.

For those who are not pursuing a Medical Residency, but would like to practice medicine in Florida, we can help you acquire a Florida House Physician License or Area of Critical Care (ACN) License. The Florida Medical Licensure track is geared for medical school graduates who may be any of the following: IMGs or FMGs, older graduates, unmatched, have multiple USMLE failures, or who do not wish to, or cannot, do a residency.
If you want to maximize your chances of matching into a U.S. medical residency, securing clinical experience is your best shot.
Whether you work at a hospital or private practice, the benefits you receive will be endless in making that transition from an aspiring resident to matching into residency.
The Pre-Residency Training Program, offered by the Medical Physicians Group PLLC, is specifically designed for candidates preparing for the 2024-2025 Match. Whether you have previously been unable to Match or are entering the Match for the first time, this program is tailored to meet your needs.
Participants will operate autonomously within a Primary and Urgent Care clinic under the direct supervision of licensed medical physicians.
Duties include documenting medical histories, conducting physical examinations, performing laboratory work, administering vaccinations, assisting with minor procedures, managing patient records, and undertaking other tasks as deemed appropriate by the medical staff.
This program focuses on USMLE Steps 2 and 3 for those who have yet to take, or have failed, these Steps. You should have passed USMLE Step 1 before starting the program but it is not required. If you have not passed USMLE Step 1 you must enroll in the 6 or 12 month program. We can help with USMLE Step 1.

Programs begin the first Monday of each month. The application process is selective.
The program is limited to 10 slots. If all slots are filled you will be put on the waiting list and given an estimated Monday start date.

The core program is 3 months. However, the program can be extended in 3 month terms as many times as needed.
This program requires full-time commitment (40+ hours per week) and participants are required to move to the Jacksonville area while in the program.

Room and board are not provided, however there are many affordable options throughout the greater Jacksonville area. Participants have had great success with Pad Split.
Participants are able to extend the program in 3-month terms. Each 3-month term is an addition fee.
Absolutely. All participants receive 1-on-1 mentorship and training.
This program will make you a better doctor and a well-rounded, appealing candidate to Residency Programs but it cannot guarantee Residency or Medical Licensure. However, our Medical Director, Dr. Leung, has helped all trainees obtain a Residency in the last three years and/or helped them get full medical licensure or a House Physician License. Dr. Leung was a residency program interviewer for five years and was on the residency applicant rank committee for four years.
